Net-Zu Limited (“Net-Zu”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how we process Personal Data (as defined below) we gather through our websites, applications, and related services (collectively, our “Services”) from users (“Users”). It also tells you about your rights and choices with respect to your Personal Data, and how you can contact us if you have any queries or concerns. Beyond the Privacy Policy, your use of our Services is also subject to our Terms of Service.

Information provided by you

2. How We Use Personal Data

We process the Personal Data listed above for the following purposes:

Providing the Services. We use Personal Data about you to operate, maintain, personalize, and provide our Services, such as allowing you to login and communicate with other Users. We may also use your Personal Data to enhance, improve, operate, and maintain our Services.

To update your credit balance and activate your referral benefits. We use your Personal Data so that we can credit your account when your referral code is used, and enable you to use your credit. For example, we will process your payment information if you wish to withdraw your credit and send this directly to your chosen bank account.

To administer and distribute any eligible cash rewards. We use your Personal Data so that we can administer our cash reward program, including to check your eligibility, distribute any payments to you, complete our verification procedures, and contact you if you win.

Net-Zu is based in the United Kingdom (“UK”). We may use third party service providers located outside the UK to process your Personal Data.
