Net-Zu Limited (“Net-Zu”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how we process Personal Data (as defined below) we gather through our websites, applications, and related services (collectively, our “Services”) from users (“Users”). It also tells you about your rights and choices with respect to your Personal Data, and how you can contact us if you have any queries or concerns. Information provided by you

2. How We Use Personal Data

● To update your credit balance and activate your referral benefits. We use your Personal Data so that we can credit your account when your referral code is used, and enable you to use your credit. For example, we will process your payment information if you wish to withdraw your credit and send this directly to your chosen bank account.

Net-Zu is based in the United Kingdom (“UK”). We may use third party service providers located outside the UK to process your Personal Data. In particular, for data transfers outside UK, we will rely on (i) an EU Commission, UK Secretary of State or Swiss government adequacy decision, (ii) contractual protections for the transfer of your Personal Data, including entering into data transfer agreements with relevant parties, or (iii) another valid data transfer mechanism.
